Return & Refund Policy – Inter Toronto FC Official Store

Thank you for shopping at Inter Toronto FC Official Store. We want you to love your purchase, and we are here to help if something isn’t right. Please read the following policies carefully.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products (names, numbers, patches, etc.)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Socks, underwear, or face coverings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Digital products or gift cards

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
    Inter Toronto FC is not responsible for lost return packages.

1.4 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (only if defective, damaged, or incorrect)

Our team will reply with instructions and the return address.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Approval

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund

2.2 Non-Refundable Orders

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final Sale products

  • Orders with incorrect shipping info provided by the customer

  • Items returned after 14 days without approval

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item:

  1. Request a return

  2. Place a new order once your refund is processed

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Send photos of the item, packaging, and your order number

We will replace it at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order enters processing or ships, cancellation is no longer possible.
