1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (match days, product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

  • Customs processing may extend delivery times depending on the destination country.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to follow your shipment

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by their country.
Inter Toronto FC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Inter Toronto FC is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incomplete delivery information
